Deva Yoga course will help you to learn yoga (both practice and theory) systematically with the direction and supervision of an efficient and experienced Yoga Master (Acharya/Guru). These are progressive sessions. It will enable you to practice yoga alone with more confidence, passion and determination.  This is a training period for a holistic life and to achieve happiness and peace.

Ten week Yoga training course for an integrated and holistic life. These sessions are designed to meet your goals and needs with personalized attention and direction; the instructions will be  with help of visual presentations; handouts of charts and notes will help to practice at home. This course is a training period therefore you will learn how to practice yoga by yourself.

The course Level 1 will be in ten sessions.

A session will be 90/100 minutes.

No experience is necessary to attend the Course Level 1

This course is the best for beginners.

Deva Yoga - Level II

Deva Yoga Level II - you will learn both theory and practice of Stress Management, Raja Yoga (Astangayoga), advanced Yoga postures, variations of different postures, and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation with visualization). If you are completed Deva Yoga Level I you are eligible to attend the Level II.
