During this four days of workshop on Yogic Stress Management you will learn different Yogic relaxation methods, breathing exercises, yoga postures and mindful meditation. 

Stress is an unpleasant situation in the body and mind. There are various stressful situations we are facing in the world especially in this time of pandemic. Whatever may be the reason whether it is internal or external we have to control it; otherwise it will destroy our physical and mental health and gradually make us sick. Today in the world there are many those who are suffering because of the uncontrolled stress.

Yogic relaxation, breathing exercises, yoga postures and mindful meditation are the best ways to control the stress and to lead a life of freedom. The daily practice of Yoga helps us to restore balance and harmony in the body, mind and emotions. It is the best stress management technique. Stress affects all the internal organs and the muscular system, and as a result our body become rigid and stiff. The daily practice of yoga helps us to increase the flexibility of the body and relaxes our body and mind.
