Whenever we breathe with full awareness we are living in the present because it is the present activity. It is impossible to become aware of yesterday’s breath or tomorrow’s breath. RELIGION

Religion is a social organization. It is supposed to unite all in love.  Religion can exist without any spirituality. It is a means of exploitation and a symbol of division and violence. Violence is not a solution, but love and friendship are the solutions for the end of all problems.

Religion is a noisy world. There is no much importance for silence or interiority. A Yogi may or may not be a member of a religion; means, religion is not necessary to become human and loving person. To become more human and a loving person better to leave the religion. 


RELIGIOUS FAITH

Religious Faith may come to our life which is imposed or induced from outside by someone and influenced by our imaginary or fantasy world. The root of religion is fear. The awareness of Love, the capacity to love has to be formed within. It may happen through intuition or intuitive meditation.


SILENCE

Silence is not the absence of external sound but it emerges from the stillness of our mind. It is a discipline of the mind. In silence, our mind will enlarge and eventually the speech will become little. The inward silence is the cessation of the agitation or fluctuation of the mind.


HEALTH

Health is our wealth. Our health is not only our personal property but also the property of our family, society and country. Any negligence to maintain our health is an injustice against our family, society and country.


TRANSFORMATION

Individual transformation is the foundation or basis of the transformation of the society. Because group of individuals forms society. Therefore, we need to concentrate for the transformation of the individuals that can change the society. Yoga is a holistic approach to life, which leads us to self-transformation.

The teacher could correct the students with respect and love, if they make mistakes. Each one is part of the Divine and a wonderful creation of the Divine. Find out the Divinity and Divine qualities of your students.

Nature is our loving Mother who takes care of us. Therefore love, respect and protect her.  Live with the rhythm of the nature therefore you will be happy and one with the nature. 

Open your eyes and look at the nature and admire her beauty. You can experience a soothing and calming effect in your mind.

Today we are living in a world of competition. The result of this competitive spirit is stress and stress related diseases. Whenever you are in a spirit of competition your mind will be diverted and you are scattered because you are trying to defeat the other.  It may destroy your inner spirit. Remember, your success is very important than the failure of others. Therefore do not allow your mind to be scattered; instead, concentrate on your inner power, abilities and potentialities; do the best, the maximum effort, and work with an attitude of relaxation.
